Who are Beauty Hampers? - We are a unique business offering beauty gifts either in the form of hampers or individual items such as cosmetics.

How can I pay? - We offer one payment option and this is Paypal - basically purchasing through beautyhampers.co.uk is just the same as purchasing through Ebay, we do not see any of your payment details other than you have paid and the address where to send your item.

When will my item be delivered? - As we have done with our online payments we have used the most recognised and established company/resource available to us ROYAL MAIL. All our items will be dispatched with 24hours of payment being recieved and ask that a maximum of 4 working days be allowed for delivery but more often than not our items are recieved the following working day.

Can I request special delivery service? - As mentioned above we use ROYAL MAIL and send all items RECORDED DELIVERY, however if you do have any special delivery requests these can be made either by contacting us via email (beautyhampers@inbox.com), the contact us page or through your Paypal transaction.
